Such a cool place! Highly recommend if you are thinking about boxing and want a super sweaty workout with amazing music. Everyone is friendly and the coach is super professional. It's easy to find parking is not an issue, overall the cleanliness is also really great. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to the box fit classes at TBD for a few months now and really enjoy them. The music, the dark studio and lights effect and of course how the class is fast paced and different every time. My arms h have never looked this toned!
