The classes are well-structured, challenging, and leave you feeling stronger and more aligned every time. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, I always look forward to coming back. Absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve tried the yoga & sound healing and they are both amazing, the teachers are really great. The space itself is so beautiful & calm. It has really easy parking as well. Overall 5 stars across! Would highly recommend.
