Tyler Brooks is an American former college sprinter turned high-performance coach who has been working with DIFC's executive and athletic clientele since 2017. His HIIT sessions are sport-science grounded — every interval ratio, every rest period, every exercise selection is backed by research and adapted to the individual.
Tyler specialises in what he calls executive performance — training programmes built for people who compete professionally or athletically, and need their physical performance to be as sharp as their work performance. His sessions are demanding, precise, and completed in under 55 minutes.
He trains at a premium DIFC facility with a dedicated performance track and conditioning area. His early morning 6am slots are consistently fully booked weeks in advance.
