Thanh Nguyen is a Vietnamese sports massage therapist with twelve years of experience working with elite athletes, recreational sportspeople, and professionals managing chronic muscular tension in Dubai. Trained to ITEC Level 4 — the UK gold standard for sports massage — Thanh's technical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and soft tissue dysfunction is exceptional.

His treatment sessions are comprehensive: every client receives a postural and movement assessment before treatment begins, allowing Thanh to identify the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. His deep tissue work is precise and purposeful, targeting the specific muscles and fascia contributing to each client's presentation.
