About Rosa

Rosa Espinoza is a Colombian Zumba and Latin dance fitness instructor who has been bringing joy, rhythm, and incredible cardio workouts to Dubai Marina since 2017. A licensed Zumba B1 and B2 instructor with over 650 active students, Rosa runs some of the most energetic and popular fitness classes in the city.

Her Zumba sessions combine salsa, merengue, reggaeton, and cumbia with effective fitness programming — participants consistently achieve target heart rates while feeling as if they are at a dance party rather than an exercise class. The result is exceptional adherence; Rosa's clients rarely miss a session.

Rosa teaches group sessions at a commercial fitness facility in the Marina, at JBR promenade, and offers private Latin dance fitness sessions for individuals and small groups. Her Spanish-language teaching makes her the natural home instructor for Dubai's large Latin American community.
