Reem Al Dhaheri

Reem Al Dhaheri is an Emirati postnatal fitness specialist who has dedicated her career to supporting Emirati and Arab mothers through their recovery and return to fitness. After her own transformative experience with postnatal fitness coaching, Reem qualified as a personal trainer and postnatal specialist to provide the culturally sensitive, Arabic-language service she had searched for and not found.

Her postnatal programmes are built around the cultural and religious context of Emirati motherhood — respecting the traditional recovery period, accommodating the physical demands of extended breastfeeding, and designing training that fits around the extended family involvement that characterises Emirati family life. Her programming is evidence-based, safe, and deeply respectful of cultural norms.

Reem works exclusively with women, operating from clients' homes across Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, and Arabian Ranches. She provides a private, female-only environment that Emirati and Arab mothers value enormously in a city where finding culturally appropriate fitness guidance can be genuinely difficult.
