Rachel Green

Rachel Green is a British STOTT-certified Pilates instructor based in Dubai Marina with nine years of experience working with everyone from elite athletes to post-surgical rehabilitation clients. Her comprehensive training with STOTT — one of the world's most respected Pilates training bodies — gives her a biomechanical understanding of movement that underpins every session.

Rachel is particularly known for her work with lower back pain and core rehabilitation. She has a gift for identifying the root cause of a client's movement dysfunction and building a programme that addresses it systematically. Many of her clients have been referred to her by physiotherapists and orthopaedic surgeons.

She teaches on a full reformer rig at her private studio in Dubai Marina and offers mat Pilates home visits across JBR and JLT. Rachel's waiting list is testament to the quality and demand for her instruction.
