Priya Sharma

Priya Sharma is a REP Level 4 certified trainer and one of Dubai's leading post-natal fitness specialists. Originally from Mumbai, she has been training women in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay for over a decade. Her journey into fitness began after her own post-natal recovery, which sparked a passion for helping other mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.

Her approach centres on progressive, safe programming that respects where each woman is in her journey — whether six weeks post-birth or returning after a longer break. She combines strength training, core rehabilitation, and practical nutrition guidance into cohesive programmes that fit around family life.

Priya trains exclusively female clients and is known for her warm, non-judgmental coaching style. She operates out of a private studio in Downtown Dubai and offers home visits across Business Bay and DIFC.
