Olga Smirnova

Olga Smirnova is a Russian yoga teacher and flexibility specialist who has been based in Dubai Marina for a decade. A trained gymnast who competed at the regional level in Russia, Olga brings an extraordinary understanding of the body's flexibility potential and the specific techniques needed to unlock it.

Her signature programme — a 12-week flexibility coaching course — has helped hundreds of Dubai clients achieve the splits, deep backbends, and shoulder mobility they previously thought impossible. She works methodically, combining active stretching, loaded progressive flexibility work, and joint preparation protocols.

Olga teaches in Russian and English, making her the teacher of choice for Dubai's sizable Russian-speaking community. She is based in the Marina but regularly teaches at JLT studios and along the JBR beachfront.
