Noor Al Hamdan

Noor Al Hamdan is an Emirati Pilates and barre instructor who has built one of Dubai's most devoted female fitness communities since opening her private studio in Jumeirah in 2018. Trained with STOTT and having completed additional barre certifications in New York, Noor offers a level of instruction rarely found outside specialist studios.

Her sessions are elegant, challenging, and results-driven. She is particularly beloved for her postnatal Pilates programme — a structured 12-week journey that takes new mothers from basic core reconnection to full strength restoration — which has been recommended by gynaecologists across the city.

Noor teaches at her private home studio in Jumeirah, and offers limited home visit slots across Umm Suqeim and Arabian Ranches. Her Arabic instruction makes her the preferred choice for Emirati and Arabic-speaking women who want high-quality Pilates in their first language.
