About Nina

Nina Vasquez is a Venezuelan salsa and Latin dance instructor who has been one of Dubai's most beloved dance teachers since 2017. Trained in the Cuban salsa tradition in Havana and having taught across Spain and Italy before arriving in the UAE, Nina brings an authenticity to Latin dance instruction that is immediately evident.

Her sessions range from complete beginner salsa and merengue foundations through to advanced bachata and partner work for those who want to truly perform. She teaches with enormous warmth and patience, creating an environment where no one feels embarrassed about being a beginner.

Nina teaches group classes in DIFC and offers private sessions for individuals and couples in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Her couples' salsa programme is particularly popular as a date-night activity and has introduced hundreds of Dubai residents to the joy of Latin partner dancing.
