Lakshmi Nair

Lakshmi Nair has been one of Dubai's most respected yoga teachers for over a decade, bringing the authentic wisdom of Kerala's yoga tradition to her students at JBR and along the beachfront. A student of yoga since childhood, she completed her formal teacher training in Mysore, India under a lineage teacher.

Her speciality is prenatal yoga — a practice she has refined over hundreds of pregnancies — giving expectant mothers the tools to stay active, reduce discomfort, and prepare mentally for birth. Her postnatal classes help new mothers reconnect with their bodies safely and joyfully.

Lakshmi teaches on the JBR beachfront at sunrise, in a private studio, and at clients' homes throughout the Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence. She is deeply loved by Dubai's Malayali community and continues to train with senior teachers in India each year.
