Kavya Menon

Kavya Menon is a Keralite yoga teacher whose flowing Vinyasa classes in JLT and the surrounding Marina area have attracted a loyal community of Indian and international students since 2019. Combining the technical precision of her 300-hour Yoga Alliance training with a genuine love for the philosophical traditions underlying yoga practice, Kavya offers an experience that goes beyond the merely physical.

Her classes are particularly popular with professionals managing high-stress careers in Dubai's financial and corporate sector — Vinyasa yoga flows that physically challenge while the breathing cues and mindfulness anchors simultaneously decompress the nervous system. The combination of challenge and restoration is precisely calibrated.

Kavya teaches group classes at a JLT studio and private sessions in clients' homes. She also teaches online for her extended community across the UAE and for former Dubai students who have returned to India or moved elsewhere — maintaining the community connection that is central to her teaching.
