Isabella Costa

Isabella Costa is a Brazilian yoga and movement teacher who brings joy, rhythm, and a distinctly Latin energy to her classes in Business Bay and Downtown Dubai. After training in São Paulo and later Lisbon, she arrived in Dubai in 2020 and immediately built a following with her creative, music-driven yoga flows.

Her classes blend yoga sequencing with elements of dance — hip isolations, rhythm-based transitions, and expressive movement — creating a joyful practice that doesn't take itself too seriously. She is a vocal advocate for body positivity and creates a space where all bodies feel celebrated.

Isabella teaches at a co-working wellness studio in Business Bay and visits clients at home across Downtown and Al Quoz. Her trilingual teaching ability serves Dubai's Brazilian, Portuguese, and Spanish-speaking communities who are often underserved by English-only instructors.
