Emma White

Emma White is an Australian yoga teacher specialising in Yin and restorative yoga — the slower, more meditative practices that Dubai's high-achieving residents often need most but seek last. Based on the Palm Jumeirah, she works primarily with clients in their homes and at a private studio, creating a genuine sanctuary away from the city's intensity.

Her Yin sessions use long, passive holds to target the connective tissue and joints, while her restorative classes are deeply therapeutic — designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote genuine recovery. Many of her clients come specifically for help with sleep, anxiety, and the burnout that accompanies high-pressure careers.

Emma trained extensively in Yin yoga with its Western founder Paul Grilley, giving her a depth of knowledge in this speciality that very few Dubai teachers can match. She teaches on the Palm, along the Marina Walk, and in hotel residences across Jumeirah.
