Emma Clarke is a British personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Business Bay with eight years of experience transforming busy professionals' bodies and lifestyles. She specialises in the unique challenges faced by expats in Dubai — long working hours, frequent dining out, and inconsistent schedules — and builds programmes around these realities.

Her sessions combine progressive strength training with practical nutritional guidance that actually works in Dubai's restaurant-heavy, social lifestyle. Emma doesn't believe in restriction — she believes in strategy, and her clients consistently achieve and maintain results as a result.

Emma trains out of a premium gym in Business Bay and offers early morning and lunchtime slots to accommodate corporate schedules. She also delivers corporate wellness sessions for companies in the DIFC and Downtown areas.
