The music was extremely loud, which made it very difficult to focus on the exercises or clearly hear the instructor’s instructions. Lagree is intense but a great workout. The instructor was very helpful and mindful of first-timers. The studio is small, cozy, and clean. what i love mostly they have early morning classes, a great way to start your day.

A good place for lagree but for beginners might be hard a bit Took the two class package but will come back when im more advanced They have two class rooms and two showers lockers and places to hand abayas , the classes r nice training is good
