I tried two classes (JBR branch) 1) Total body tone workout : coach was great, motivating the entire class all time. Really enjoyed the class. 2) Sunset yoga : the instructor paid lots of attention to all participants. Great yoga flow. However, the music coming from the gym could be a bit disturbing.
