Its my first time to hit the gym because I just have my free time and this gym is not so spacious for a community gym but still need more space to move specially in peak hour but anyways just trying to get fit and healthy ☺️

I stayed at Bahar 1 in an Airbnb and went to the gym, but it was so dirty I had to leave. I recommend improving it, otherwise, it’s hard to get any real benefit from it.

Not too bad but definitely needs better equipment. No squat rack, no bench press (only smith machine), and the dumbells only go up to 32kg.
