I had a very disappointing experience at Champs Gym Platinum and honestly felt unfairly treated from start to finish. I access the gym through Privilee, not through a direct membership with the gym. The issue started at reception with the entrance door system. The receptionist repeatedly opened the automatic door too…

Great gym, it can get a bit crowded but it’s totally fine because the gym is large and spacious, nice selection of equipments and staff always friendly!

Gym and crowd is great, issue with sauna and ice bath almost all the time. BUT as soon as 10pm closing time, staff starts going crazy if you’re a few mins late. Found it pretty odd and strange. Gym should be open 24hrs as the other ones in downtown.
