Giedre teaches such a fun, energizing Pilates class and relaxing deep stretch. I highly recommend! The studio is lovely, the sauna, ice bath and showers are quality and kept really clean. It’s so nice they have towels, quality toiletries and Dyson air dryer

Really nice, quaint yoga space. Has a small poos to relax in, calm working space, sauna and cold plunge to add to the excellent Yoga classes available. I went to Saturday - 2pm with Omar and it was Hot Yoga vin yasa flow. Highly recommend ✨

Stopped by here after a day at the beach. Had a yummy shrimp bowl and pomegranate rosewater juice. Thanks Jay for good service. Also compared shop prices with Amazon on Aveda products and found it cheaper at the shop so did a little shopping. The place has a nice atmosphere.
