Click any trainer profile to read reviews, see photos, and check pricing. Click "Book Session" to send a booking inquiry — the trainer will confirm via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

Many trainers offer trial or introductory sessions at a discounted rate. Check the trainer's profile for trial offers, or mention it in your booking inquiry. You can also ask about a free consultation call before committing to sessions.

Most professionals respond within a few hours during working hours. Pro and Elite tier trainers are expected to respond within 24 hours as part of our platform standards. If you haven't heard back after 48 hours, try another trainer or contact us at hello@getfitdxb.com.

Yes! You can send inquiries to multiple professionals simultaneously to compare availability, pricing, and approach. Save favourites using the heart icon on any profile for easy comparison later.

GetFitDXB supports all session formats:

• Group Classes — small group training (2–8 people)

GetFitDXB has trainers for every level, including absolute beginners. When sending a booking inquiry, mention your fitness level and goals. Yes, many fitness professionals on GetFitDXB speak Arabic. Filter profiles by language preference or mention your language preference in the booking inquiry. We serve both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients across Dubai.

Yes! Browse the Kids & Family Fitness category for certified trainers who specialise in coaching children and teenagers. Sessions include swimming lessons, gymnastics, general fitness, and sports coaching.

Payment is handled directly between you and the fitness professional. Most trainers accept bank transfer, cash, or payment apps (PayByPhone, Apple Pay, etc.). GetFitDXB does not process payments — we are a discovery and booking platform. The pricing shown on profiles is the trainer's own rate.

Personal training in Dubai typically ranges + per session depending on speciality, experience, and location. Yoga and group classes often start. Packages of 10 or more sessions usually offer a discount. Browse profiles to compare exact rates.

Many trainers offer session packages (e.g. 10-session packs at a 10–20% discount). Ask your trainer about package rates during the inquiry. GetFitDXB also offers Class Packs for select services — check the Buyer section for current deals.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each individual trainer. Common policies in Dubai require 24–48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Always confirm the trainer's policy when booking. Our full platform refund policy is available at Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a trainer cancels with short notice, they should offer to reschedule or refund any pre-paid sessions. If you're unable to resolve it directly, contact us at hello@getfitdxb.com and we'll assist. Repeat cancellations by professionals are flagged and may result in profile suspension.

Reviews on GetFitDXB are submitted by clients who have completed a confirmed booking with that professional. We do not allow anonymous or unverified reviews. This ensures all ratings reflect genuine client experiences.

All professionals are required to submit valid certifications before their profile is approved. We verify internationally recognised qualifications including NASM, ACE, REPS, RYT, and relevant UAE-recognised credentials. Professionals with verified badges have completed our enhanced verification process.

To delete your account, contact us at hello@getfitdxb.com with your registered email address and request for deletion. We'll process the deletion within 7 business days in line with our Privacy Policy.
